Kanban System Design – KMP1
Kanban is a set of values, practices and principles that bring the benefits of Lean theory to organisations. Benefits include :

The Kanban System Design (KMP 1) program offers an in-depth and easy approach for participants to learn the application of Kanban methodology in all areas of an organization. At the end of the 2 day program, participants will be able to design a new Kanban system or improve existing ones by explicitly defining policies, reducing bottlenecks and identifying areas of improvement.

Prerequisites
No previous knowledge of Kanban is required for KMP 1. Anyone who is involved in Knowledge/IT work may participate and gain from the sessions.
Audience
Kanban is for everyone ! Kanban works across the organisation, from executives to senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams willing to improve their working practices.
Certification
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for KMP1 program from Kanban University (KU) as well as lifetime membership of Kanban University that allows you to get listed in the Kanban University Alumni directory. The program also allows you to claim upto 16 SEU’s from Scrum Alliance and 16 PDUs from PMI.
